Roasted cauliflower gratin

Ingredients
- 1.25 L (5 cups) fresh cauliflower florets
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) Selection vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 375 mL (1 ½ cup) shredded gouda cheese
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) breadcrumbs
- 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) Irresistibles garlic powder
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) Selection butter, melted
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 oC (400 oF).
- Spread the cauliflower in a single row on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the oven for 12 minutes. Flip the cauliflower halfway through.
- Meanwhile, combine the cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and butter in a bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the vegetables and cook in the oven for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
