Ingredients

  • 750 mL (3 cups) green beans, cut into 2.5 cm pieces (1 inch), blanched
  • 500 mL (2 cups) fennel, finely chopped
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) sliced toasted almonds
  • 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) ground coriander
  • 45 mL (3 tablespoons) lemon juice
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) Irresistibles maple syrup
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) Selection olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes before serving
