Oven-baked sugar shack omelette

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) milk
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 80 mL (1/3 cup) Selection maple syrup
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) Selection butter
- 5 to 6 slices cooked Selection bacon
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190 oC (375 oF).
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, nutmeg, and half the maple syrup.
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased square baking pan.
- Bake in the oven for 22 minutes.
- Meanwhile, roughly chop the bacon.
- Remove the omelette from the oven, garnish with the bacon and drizzle the remaining maple syrup on top.
- Cook in the oven for another 3 minutes.
- Serve.
