Quick apple topping for ice cream

Ingredients
- 22 mL (1 ½ tablespoon) Selection butter
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) brown sugar or maple syrup
- 1 mL (1/4 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
- 2 Quebec apples, cut into small cubes
- 4 large scoops of Selection vanilla ice cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) granola of your choice
Preparation
- In a medium-sized pan, heat the butter on medium and add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes until you get a syrup.
- Add the apples and cook for another minute.
- Divide over the ice cream scoops and top with granola. Serve.
