Ingredients

  • 300 g (2/3 lb) small Nordic shrimp
  • 1 pink grapefruit, cut into segments
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) chives
  • 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) crushed pink peppercorns
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) olive oil

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
