Ingredients
- 300 g (2/3 lb) small Nordic shrimp
- 1 pink grapefruit, cut into segments
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) chives
- 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) crushed pink peppercorns
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) olive oil
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
