Ingredients

  • ½ pack (of 300 g) soft tofu
  • 250 mL (1 cup) store-bought salsa
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 bag of corn chips

Preparation

  1. Use a food processor to reduce the tofu and salsa into a smooth puree. Pour into a serving bowl. Top with the scallions and serve with corn chips.
