Mexican tofu dip

Ingredients
- ½ pack (of 300 g) soft tofu
- 250 mL (1 cup) store-bought salsa
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1 bag of corn chips
Preparation
- Use a food processor to reduce the tofu and salsa into a smooth puree. Pour into a serving bowl. Top with the scallions and serve with corn chips.
