Small chicken pizza canoe

Ingredients
- 600 g (1 1/3 lbs) pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- All-purpose flour, as needed
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) Selection pizza sauce
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Irresistibles Original BBQ Sauce for grilling & dipping
- 225 g (1/2 lbs) cooked and deboned chicken
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) peppers in a variety of colours, finely diced
- 250 ml (1 cup) sliced white mushrooms
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) Selection Shredded Tex Mex Cheese Blend
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F).
- On a work surface, shape 4 pizza dough disks of 16 to 19 cm (6 to 7 in). Use some flour if the dough is too sticky.
- Put the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the 2 sauces, then divide them on the 4 dough pieces.In a bowl, mix the 2 sauces, then divide them on the 4 dough pieces.
- Then garnish with chicken, peppers, mushrooms and top with cheese.
- To shape small canoes, firmly pinch both opposite ends of each pizza.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese melted.
- Right out of the oven, let stand for 1 minute and serve with a green salad, or simply let it cool to bring as a lunch.
